Building her services on a foundation of transparency and trust, Fatou Arnold is a highly
dynamic professional who aims to instill positive impacts on both a granular and societal
scale. Featuring over a decade of collective experience within the education, hospitality,
real estate, and athletics industries, Fatou has cultivated a rooted expertise in business
management, analytics, and relationship building, and enjoys every moment of leveraging
her passion for autism advocacy to help create a more unified world that future generations
can benefit from.
Born in New Jersey and raised by parents native to Africa, Fatou discovered early on the
true meaning behind resilience, having a strong work ethic, and holding deep humanist
values. This, along with her autistic brother’s influences, became the catalyst for Fatou to
earn her degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and then proceed to teach autistic
children and adults there for 8 years. Though exceptionally fulfilling, Fatou began working
for Rutgers Athletics as the Financial Controller and Office Supervisor starting in 2015.
Upon relocating to Texas, Fatou decided to become more publicly engaged and started
working as a real estate agent, leading her into hospitality as a Meeting Connections
Manager. Today, Fatou has since intertwined her array of experiences with the inspiration
from her autistic brother to become a full-force Autism Advocate. Simultaneously, she has
also begun offering online virtual assistance to help leaders reach their short/long-term
business objectives within the modern age.
As an altruistic individual, nothing makes Fatou happier than being able to drive new levels
of business and advocacy advancement, all while ensuring the community she is supporting
has excellent constructive experiences along the way. Overall, she has a genuine passion
for helping others, especially families with autistic children, and demonstrates that through
her innovative approaches and motivating energy that inspires influential change across the
business/public relations sectors. This, in conjunction with her rich inventory of industry
successes to date and innate warmheartedness, is what positioned Fatou to become the
well-versed asset she is today who continuously strives to raise the human experience bar.
Whether it be in an office, offering virtual assistance services, or on the front lines
advocating for autistic individuals, Fatou loves what she does and is continuously seeking
ways to advance herself both personally and professionally to exceed expectations.
However, when she is not working, organizing, or self-developing, you can find her being a
proud mama and spending precious time with her family.
